A bill entitled an Act for the incorporation of Kindred
Lodge No. 27, of Independent Order of Odd Fellows.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate Antietam Lodge No.
4, Maryland, of the Independent Order of Good Templars
of Sharpsburg, Washington county.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate Sheffer Lodge No.
25, of the Independent Order of Good Templars of Cumber-
land, Allegany county.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate Clearspring Lodge.,
No. 24, Independent Order of Good Templars.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate Washington Lodge,
No. 29, Independent Order of Good Templars.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Grand Lodge of
the State of Maryland, Independent Order of Good Tem-
plars.

Which were severally considered, and,

On motion of Mr. Biddison,
The enacting clause stricken out.
Also, the following Senate bills :

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate Harmony Lodge, No.
30, of the Independent Order of Good Templars, Boonsboro,
Washington county.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate Newton Lodge, No.
56, of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, at Salisbury,
Wicomico county, Maryland.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate Clarksburg Lodge,
No. 100, of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate Chester Lodge No.
115, of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees of the
Parsonage House of the Methodist Episcopal Church in Great
Falls Circuit, East Baltimore Conference.

Which were severally considered, and

On motion of Mr. Biddison,
The enacting clause stricken out.

Mr. Iglehart, Chairman of the Committee on Corpora-
tions, reported favorably,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the President,
Managers and Company of the Baltimore and Yorktown
Turnpike Road, to run the cars for conveying passengers on
the Sabbath day, commonly called Sunday.

Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
