The House proceeded to the consideration of bills entitled
to a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to restore to the West Notting-
ham Academy, in Cecil county, the annual donation of five
hundred dollars out of the School Fund of said county,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as
