The bill entitled an Act to cause to be transcribed a cer-
tain record hook of wills, to provide for making a general
Index to wills, and for binding the record books in the office
of the Register of Wills for Kent county.

The bill entitled a supplement to the Act entitled an Act
to incorporate a company to build a turnpike road from Lib-
erty town, Frederick county, through Johnsville to Pipe
Creek, passed January session, 1864, chapter 338.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize and require Hanson
Willison, late Sheriff of Allegany county, to convey certain
real estate situated in Grantsville, in said county, as in said
Act provided.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1, 37, 38, 39,
40, and 2, of chapter 252, of the Laws of Maryland, passed
January session, 1867, entitled an Act to repeal the 37th,
38th, 39th and 40th sections of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled Licenses, and substitute in lieu thereof the
following sections.

The following bill, which had passed both branches of
the General Assembly, was this day submitted to His Ex-
cellency, the Governor, for his approval:

An Act to repeal section 619 of Article 4 of the Public
Local Laws, entitled City of Baltimore, sub-title Justices of
the Peace and Constables, and to re-enact the same so as to
read as follows.
