An Act for the relief of Columbus Scarborough, of Harford
county.

An Act to incorporate the Baltimore Citizen Rifle Target
Shooting Company.

An Act in favor of the Western Maryland Rail Road Com-
pany, extending the time for the completion of its road.

An Act to repeal sections 2 and 3 of Article 36 of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Estrays," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

An Act to incorporate the Patapsco Guano Compaq of
Baltimore.

An Act to authorize and empower the county Com-
missioners of Washington and Allegany counties to
levy a sum of money upon the taxable property within
their respective counties, sufficient to pay the several clerks
of the registers of voters within the said counties.

An Act to incorporate the Workingmen's Savings Bank
of Baltimore.

An Act to amend and re-enact the 86th and 87th sections
of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws entitled Auc-
tions.

An Act tp repeal the ninth section of the Act passed
January session, 1867, entitled an Act to incorporate
the Annapolis Fruit and Oyster Packing Company, and to
re-enact the same so as to read as follows.

An Act to repeal section seventeen, Article fifty-three, of
the Code of Public General Laws, entitled Landlord and
Tenant, exempting certain articles from distress for rent,
and to re-enact the same.

An Act to declare the sanction of the General Assembly of
Maryland to the bequest of Catherine Morton, late of Calvert
county, deceased, to the vestry of St. Paul's Parish, in said
county.

An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments sec-
tion 612, of Article four, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled City of Baltimore, and relating to the selec-
tion of talesmen for the several courts of said city.

An Act to appropriate the sums of money therein
mentioned, to pay the claims of Augustus Gassaway and
R. Vinton Clayton, assignees of George Earle; Bartlett,
Robbins & Company, Frederick Sasscer, George A. Huntt,
George E. Gambrill, Wm. Walsh, Trustee, A. Hamilton
Hall, Lewis Magruder, John M. Bond, R. Vinton Clayton,
George S. White, Leonard & Townsend, James R. Alvey,
Charles Shipley, A. S. Abell & Co., Daniel Caulk and Jacob
