The following House bills, severally endorsed, " passed
by yeas and nays : "

The bill entitled an Act to amend an Act to incorporate a
company to build a Turnpike road from the Georgetown
Turnpike to the public road leading from Adamstown to
Greenfield Mills, passed by the General Assembly of Mary-
land at its January session, in the year 1860, chapter 323.

The bill entitled an Act to prohibit horse racing on the
public roads of Queen Anne's county.

The bill entitled an Act to add to Article 19, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Somerset county, entitled " Jurors,"
an additional section.

The bill entitled an Act supplemental to an Act entitled
an Act to incorporate a company to make a turnpike road
from Ellicott City to Elysville, in Howard county.

The bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to
Article 16, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
" Chancery," to come in after section 78 of said Article.

The hill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel county to allow the Sheriffs of said
county additional compensation for boarding prisoners.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate a company to make
a Turnpike road from Wood Point to the Pennsylvania line,
or to Williamsport and Mercersburgh road in Washington
county.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 210, of Article
10, of the Public Local Laws of Dorchester county, and to
enact the following in lieu thereof.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Allegany county to levy a certain
sum of money for Daniel Duncan, late Sheriff of Allegany
county.

Also,

The joint resolutions in relation to the promotion of the
domestic trade in guano, endorsed "passed by ,yeas and
nays."

Also, delivered the following Senate bill:

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Baltimore and Ohio
Rail Road Company, to lay a railroad track in certain streets
in the city of Baltimore, and to make an appropriation for pay-
ing the expenses thereof on account of and for the interest of
the tobacco fund.
