members now in the city to give their attendance, and to
bring them before the Bar of the House.

On motion of Mr. Mullin,
All further proceedings under the call were dispensed with.

The question then recurring upon the adoption of the sub-
stitute for the unfavorable report of the majority of the
committee,

Mr. Wentz moved the previous question, which was sus-
tained .

The question then being,

" Shall the previous question be now put ? "

It was determined in the affirmative.
