Ritter, a Justice of the Peace of Baltimore county, done with-
in the limits of the city of Baltimore, and

A bill entitled an Act to allow James Thompson, former
Sheriff of Baltimore county, further time to complete his col-
lections, and

The report was adopted.

A bill entitled an Act to amend the 14th and 15th sections
of the third Article of the Constitution, and
