Leave was granted to the Prince George's and Montgom-
ery delegations to introduce a bill to run the boundary line
between Prince George's and Montgomery counties, and to
mark the same.

On motion of Mr. Keech,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to repeal sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of
Article 53 of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
landlord and tenant, and tenants holding over, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

Also, leave was granted to the Prince George's delegation
to introduce a bill repealing all the Public Local Law of
Prince George's county from section 1 to 182, inclusive, and
to re-enact the same with amendments and additional sec-
tions.

Mr, Iglehart, Chairman of the Committee on Corpora-
tions, reported back the bill entitled an Act entitled a sup-
plement to an Act passed by the General Assembly of Mary-
land at January session, 1864, chapter 96, entitled an Act
to incorporate the Liberty and New Windsor Turnpike Road
Company, in Frederick and Carroll counties, which had been
recommitted to said committee.

Said bill being upon a second reading,
Mr. Bowlus submitted the following amendment ;
Section 1st. strike out all after the word "empower," in
the 9th line, to the word "to," in the 18th line of same sec-
tion ;

Which was adopted.

The bill, as amended, was then read a second time and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Legg, Chairman of the Committee on Elections, sub-
mitted the following

REPORT.

The undersigned, Committee on Elections, beg leave to
report that they have examined the returns of the Judges
of Elections of the several counties and the city of Baltimore,
and find the following persons duly elected members of the
House of Delegates for the Constitutional term of two years,
commencing on the 5th day of November, eighteen hundred
and sixty-seven, to-wit:

Alley any County—George W. McCulloh, Anthony Kean,
Wm. Devecmon, Noah Trimble, E. G. Hall.

Anne Arundel County—Thomas W. Hammond, Wm. T.
Iglehart., James Deale, of James.

Baltimore City, (1st Legislative District)—Jas. B. Sanner,
John B. Wentz, Jr., John A. Robb, Thomas W. Morse,
John R. Blake, Wm. A. Stewart,

2d Legislative District—Ferdinand C. Latrobe, James
Pentland, H. Tillard Smith, G. Morris Bond, Geo. Colton,
Michael A. Mullin.
