JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 12,

In line 12, after the word " expedient," insert the words
" after ten days public notice published in Atlegany county,
and two in the city of Baltimore."

Inline 29, after the word "received," insert the words
"not exceeding one hundred thousand shares of one hundred
dollars each."

Section C, line 5, after the words " Rail Roads," insert the
words " within Allegany county."

Section 6, line 28, after the word "constructed," insert
