The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the 89th section
of Article 16 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
Chancery, and relating to process against non-resident in-
fant defendants as amended by the Act of 1864, chapter 89,
and to insert in said Article in lieu of the section so repealed,
the following section relating to process against non-resident
infant defendants,
