The bill entitled an Act to facilitate the examination of
titles to land in Baltimore county, by authorizing the Clerk
of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county to make out gen-
eral indexes to the law and equity dockets in his office, and
to provide for paying for the same.

The bill entitled an Act to extend the time to the County
Commissioners of the several counties of this State and the
Appeal Tax Court of Baltimore city, for hearing appeals
under the Act of 1866, chapter 157.

Also, delivered

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 25 of Ar-
ticle 38 of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to no-
taries public, and re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Ways and Means.

Also,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 170,
171 and 172 of the Code of Public Local Laws relating to Al-
legany county, and re-enact the same with, amendments.

Which was read a first time, and referred to the Allegany
county delegation.
