The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 14 of the Act
passed March 13, 1867, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Baltimore and Hall's Springs Railway Company, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
The hill entitled an Act to authorize the Board of Direc-
tors of the Maryland Insurance and Security Company to re-
duce the par value of the shares of the capital stock of said
Company, and to issue new stock in shares of such reduced
value.
And
The hill entitled an Act granting the assent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to a legacy bequeathed by the last
will and testament of Lydia Styer, late of Allegany county,
deceased, to the English Lutheran Church of Frostburg.
The bill entitled an Act for the repair and preservation of
the county road along the Valley of Will's creek, from the
Pennsylvania line to the residence of John P. Krigbaum, on
Cumberland and Somerset Turnpike Road, or laying out of a
new road in the valley of said Will's creek, and for other
purposes,
