Savings Institution.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the National Sav-
ings Bank of Baltimore.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 40, Article 9, of
the Public Local Laws of Charles county, entitled "Elec-
tions." and relating to Election Districts, and to enact the
following in lieu thereof :

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Ellicott City
and Clarksville Turnpike Company.

The bill entitled a supplement to an Act to incorporate the
Merchants and Miners Transportation Company, passed in
April, 1852

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Consolidated
Real Estate and Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore.

The bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Balti-
more and Jerusalem Turnpike Company, passed at January
session, 1867, so as to increase the capital stock of the said
company.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1867, chapter
385, passed March 20th, 1867, entitled an Act to provide for
the payment of pensions to the Maryland soldiers of the war
of 1812, and widows of deceased soldiers of 1812.

Endorsed " reported unfavorably from the Committee on
Pensions, and the report concurred in."
