Mr. Latrobe, from the Committee on Ways and Means, re-
ported unfavorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 1, chapter 31, of
January session, 1865, entitled an Act to add an Article to
the Code of Public General Laws in ralation to the publica-
tion of laws, and to re-enact the following in lieu thereof.

Mr. Iglehart moved that the original bill he substituted for
the report.

Which was decided in the negative.
The report was then adopted.

Mr. Legg, Chairman of the Committee on Elections, re-
ported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 76 and 77 of Ar-
ticle 35, title Elections, of the Code of Public General Laws,
and to enact a section in lieu thereof, regulating the time of
the election of representatives in Congress of this State.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Davis, of Cecil, Chairman of a select committee, re-
ported favorably a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2 of
Article 41 of the Public General Laws of Maryland, title
Fish and Fisheries, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Mr. Legg, Chairman of a select committee, reported fa-
vorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 1, chapter 243, of
the Acts of 1867, entitled an Act to create a Board of Com-
misssoners to keep open the harbor of Baltimore and the ac-
cess thereto from obstructions by ice, and for river and har-
bor relief, and to enact the following in lieu thereof.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Guy, Chairman of a select committee, reported fa-
vorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 28 of Article 16 of
the Public Local Laws of Prince George's county, entitled
Bladensburg, and to re-enact the same with amendments, so
as to read as follows.

Mr. Montague. Chairman of a select committee, reported
favorably,
