The House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 194 of Article
8 of the Public Local Laws, entitled Anne Arundel County,
sub-title "Sheriff," and to re-enact another section in lieu
thereof relating to the fees of Sheriffs for keeping and board-
ing prisoners.

Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays."

Also,

Delivered the

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Emmittsburg
Rail Road Company,

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Mutual Fire
Insurance Company of Prince George's county,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as
