The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 28 and 29 of
Article 56 of the Code of Public General Laws, and to re-
enact the same with amendments, so as to read as follows.
Being upon a third reading,
Mr. Montague, (by unanimous consent) submitted the fol-
lowing amendment :
Section 29. Strike out all after the word "agent," in first
line down to the word "insured" inclusive, in 3rd line.
Which was adopted.
