BY THE SENATE,

February 27, 1868.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We suggest to your Honorable Body the appointment of a
joint committee (of conference) of two on the part of the
Senate and three on the part of the House, to consider the
advantages proposed to be secured by Senate bill entitled an
Act to add new sections to Article 16 of the Code of Public.
General Laws, entitled "Chancery," and which failed to
become a law in your Honorable Body.

We have appointed, on the part of the Senate, Messrs.
Earle and Grove.

Which was read.

Mr. Mitchell submitted the following message :
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

February 28, 1868.

Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message proposing the appointment
of a joint committee (of conference) of two on the part of the
Senate and three on the part of the House, to consider the
advantages proposed to be secured by Senate bill entitled an
Act to add new sections to Article 16 of the Code of Public
General Laws, entitled "Chancery," which failed to become
a law in this House, and we concur therein.

We have appointed on the part of the House Messrs.
Mitchell, Jones and Latrobe.
