National road at some point west of Grantsville, and one
leading from a point on said road near McHenry's gate to
Selbysport in said county, and to authorize the County Com-
missioners of said county, to make levies for the repairs and
improvement of the same.
An Act to authorize and require the Comptroller and Trea-
surer to estimate the bonds of Kent county that may be issued
by the County Commissioners of said county, to pay for stock
subscribed in the Kent county Rail Road Company, at the
average price at which they may be sold, as cash paid towards
the construction of the Kent county Rail Road.
An Act to incorporate the Antietam Hotel Company of
Hagerstown.
An Act to incorporate a company to construct a Turnpike
or gravel road from Cearfoss' Cross Roads, through or near
Fairview, to the Pennsylvania line, in Washington county.

"Publication of Laws," by adding thereto an additional
section.
An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Wash-
ington county to purchase field notes, books and records of
surveys heretofore made within the limits of the said county,
and to levy such tax as may be necessary to defray the ex-
penses of such purchase.
An Act to repeal section 55 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Worcester county, relating to the num-
ber of Justices of the Peace and Constables, and to re-enact
the same with amendments, so as to read as follows.
An, Act to repeal section 1 of the Act passed March 23,
1867, chapter 187, entitled "An Act to limit the amount of
stationery furnished to members and officers of the General
Assembly, and to provide a system of commutation," and re-
enact in, lieu of section 1, so repealed as follows.
