The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Working Mens'
Savings Bank of Baltimore,
Being upon a third reading,
Mr. Brown (by unanimous consent,) submitted the follow-
ing amendment:
Add as section 5, And be it enacted, That it is hereby made
imperative that the above corporation shall annually appoint
a committee of not less than five citizens of the city of Balti-
more, who shall make a report of the affairs of said Institu-
tion, to be published in at least two daily papers in Balti-
more.
