Leave was granted to the Washington county delegation
to introduce a bill to change the place of holding elections in
district No. 7, in Washington county, from Smithsburg to
Cavetown.

On motion of Mr. Markland,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to incorporate the Lochiel Lumber, Mining-,
Manufacturing and Improvement Company.

On motion of Mr. Rohrer,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Pensions to report
a bill to provide an annual pension for David Rohrer, of
Washington county, an invalid soldier of the war of 1812-14.

On motion of Mr. Keech,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Keech, Mitchell, Davis,
Rose and Mullin, to report a bill entitled an Act to repeal
the Act of 1867, chapter S72, entitled an Act to further
extend the time and provisions of the Act passed February
6th, chapter 15, and March 14th, 1864, chapter 373. and
the supplements thereto, relating to the payment of bounties
to volunteers and drafted men of this State, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Harden,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Pensions to intro-
duce a bill granting a pension of eighty dollars a year to
Bilozippa Alien, of Baltimore city, a widow of a soldier of
the war of 1812-14.

On motion of Mr. Wentz,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to incorporate the Broadway Savings Bank
of Baltimore.

On motion of Mr. Dutrow,

Leave was granted to the Frederick delegation to introduce
a hill to amend the Act, and the title thereof, entitled an
Act to incorporate a company to build a turnpike road from
the Georgetown Turnpike to the public road leading from
Adamstown to Greenfield Mills, passed 1860, chapter 323.

On motion of Mr. Smith, of Baltimore city,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to add an additional section to Article 30 of
the Code of Public General Laws, sub-title Sabbath Breaking.

Mr. Iglehart, Chairman of the Committee on Corpora-
tions, reported favorably

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore Citi-
zens' Rifle Target Shooting Company.
