Mr. Wentz submitted the following order : Ordered, That the Committee on Education be instructs Which was read. Mr. Legg moved that the order be laid on the table. The question being upon concurring in the motion, Mr. Wentz demanded the yeas and nays. The demand being sustained, The yeas and nays were called and appeared as follows :
