Gate to Selbysport in said county, and to authorize the
County Commissioners of said county to make levies for the
repairs and improvements of the same.

The bill entitled an Act to amend the 14th section of the
Act entitled an Act to incorporate the Kent County Rail
Road Company, chapter 148, passed at January session.
1856, and to re-enact the same as amended.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize and require the Comp-
troller and Treasurer to estimate the bonds of Kent county
that may be issued by the County Commissioners of said
county, to pay for stock subscribed in the Kent County Rail
Road Company, at the average price at which they may be
sold, as cash paid towards the construction of the Kent
County Rail Road.

The bill entitled aa Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Washington county to purchase the field notes.
books and records of surveys heretofore made within the
limits of said county, and to levy such tax as may be neces-
sary to defray the expenses of such purchase.

Also, delivered

A bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act entitled an Act
to amend the 16th Article of the Code of Public General
Laws, by adding thereto the following sections relating to
the powers of Courts of Equity in selling lands, passed March
3d, 1862, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on the Judiciary.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal the 18th section of the 1st
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, title Allegany
county, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read a iirst time and referred to the Allegany
delegation.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
Trustees of Dulaney Chapel of the Methodist Episcopal
Church, in Great Falls Circuit, in Baltimore county, Mary-
land, to sell and convey said property.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Frederick and
Emmittsburg Rail Road Company,

Was read a third time.
