furnish copies
certain laws.

Eesolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the State Librarian be and he is hereby au-
thorized and directed to furnish to the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of Charles county, and to the
Superior Court of Baltimore city, for the use of
said Courts, such of the volumes herein men-
tioned as can be furnished without injury to the
Library ; to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Charles County volumes 1, 2, 4, 9, 11, 12, 16, 17,
18 and 19 of Maryland Reports ; volumes 4 and 5
of Gill's Reports ; volume 9 of Gill and Johnson's
Reports; volumes 1, 2 and 3 of Harris and Mc-
Henry's Reports ; volume 3 of Bland's Reports ;
volumes 3 and 4 of Maryland Chancery Reports ;
one copy each of Brown and Burnes, and Stockell ;
Merrick and Miller's Digests ; and to the Clerk
of the Superior Court of Baltimore city the fol-
lowing Reports : 4 volumes of Harris and McHen-
ry ; the 2d, 3d, 6th and 7th volumes of Harris
and Johnson's Reports ; 5th Gill and Johnson's
Reports ; 5th Gill's Reports ; 8th, 11th and 19th
Maryland Reports.
