CHAPTER 460. AN ACT to repeal Section thirty-eight of Article twenty-two of the Code of Public Local Laws for Worcester County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That Section thirty-eight of Article twenty-two of the Code of Public Local Laws for Worcester County, be and the same is hereby re- pealed.	Repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 30, 1868.	In force.
CHAPTER 461. AN ACT to incorporate the Havre de Grace Ferry Company.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That Jesse Hillis, Littleton Green, Thomas Sumption, Joseph M. Simmon, Amos Spencer, J. Thomson Frize, R. R. Vandiver, of Harford County, their successors and assigns, be and are hereby created a corporation and body politic by the name and style of the Havre de Grace Ferry Company, and by that name shall have perpetual succession, and shall be able and capable in law to sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded, complain and be answered in any Court of law or equity, and to make and use a common seal, and break and alter the same at their pleas- ure, and to do and perform all such other acts in relation to their business hereinafter declared, and to establish such by-laws and regulations as shall be necessary for conducting their affairs, not incon- sistent with the laws of this State or of the United States.
