Washington County Railroad Company shall hare
all the powers conferred upon it by its original
Act of incorporation, or by any supplement
thereto.

Sec. 3. Be it further enacted, That the Wash-
ington County Railroad Company shall have the
power to construct a branch road from any point
on said road to the town of Boonsboro', in Wash-
ington county.

Sec. 4. Be it further enacted, That this act
shall take effect from its passage, and the General
Assembly reserves the right to alter, amend or
repeal this Act at pleasure.

CHAPTER 457.
AN ACT to repeal Sections one hundred and
fifty-one, one hundred and fifty-two, one hun-
dred and fifty-three and one hundred and fifty-
four of Article four of the Code of Public Lo-
cal Laws, entitled " Coroners and Inquests in
the City of Baltimore," and to substitute there-
for the following :

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections one hundred and fifty-
one, one hundred and fifty-two, one hundred and
fifty-three and one hundred and fifty- four of Ar-
ticle four of the Code of Public Local Laws, rela-
ting to Coroners and Inquests in the city of Bal-
timore, be and the same are hereby repealed and
the following enacted as a substitute therefor :

151. The Governor, by and with the advice and
consent of the Senate, shall appoint and commis-
sion a competent member of the medical profes-
sion as sole Coroner for the city of Baltimore, to
