CHAPTER 430. AN ACT to repeal the first Section of the Act of January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty- four, Chapter three hundred and nine, entitled "An Act to add new Sections to Article twenty- two of the Code of Public Local Laws of Wor- cester County for the protection of Partridges," and re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the first Section of the Act of eighteen hundred and sixty-four, Chapter three, hundred and nine, entitled "An Act to add new Sections to the twenty-second Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County for the protection of Partridges," be and the same is hereby repealed, and re-enacted with amendment as follows :	Repealed and re-enacted .
Sec. 2. And le it enacted, That no person or per- sons shall trap or shoot, or in any manner catch or kill any partridges in Worcester county, between the first day of March and the first day of Novem- ber in each year.	Not to trap or shoot
Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 30, 1868.	In force.
