The following order :

Ordered, That F. G. Maynard have leave of absence until
Tuesday next.

Which was adopted.

On motion of Mr. Kean,

Leave was granted to the Allegany delegation to introduce
a bill to repeal section 159 of Article 1, of the Code of Public-
Local Laws of Allegany county, relating to Sheriffs, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Iglehart,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
report a bill to repeal the 9th section of the Act passed Janu-
ary session, 1867, entitled an Act to incorporate the Annapo-
lis Fruit and Oyster Packing Company, and to re-enact the
same so as to read as follows.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
report a bill to incorporate the Grand United Independent
Order of Isaac and Rebecca No. 1, of the city of Annapolis,

On motion of Mr. Mitchell,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Mitchell, Chapman and
Loker, to report a bill to repeal sections 93 to 109 inclusive,
of Article 9, of Public Local Laws for Charles county, rela-
ting to roads, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Smith, of Worcester,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
report a bill for the incorporation of the town of Snow
Hill, Worcester county.

Also,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Smith, of Worcester, Hollo-
way and Corbin, to report a bill to provide for the appoint-
ment of additional Justices of the Peace and Constables in
Worcester county.

On motion of Mr. Smith, of Baltimore city,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to incorporate the Pacific Fire Insurance
Company of Baltimore.

On motion of Mr. Bond, of Baltimore city,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to amend the charter of the Baltimore and
Hall Spring Rail Road Company.
