in an easterly course by and with said road and
the south line of said Cemetery to the beginning ;
the Commissioners hereafter to be elected may
make such alterations in said limits as they may
deem advisable, and cause the same to be surveyed
and the boundaries thereof to be established, and
the record thereof to be filed amongst the records
of the corporation.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the white male
citizens of said town, of the age of twenty-one
years and upwards, having resided therein for the
space of six months next preceding the first Mon-
day in May next, may on that day at the Town
Hall in said town, and on the first Monday in May
in each and every year thereafter, be authorized to
elect five Commissioners for said town, who shall
have resided within the limits of the same for at
least two years next preceding the election.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That the Justices of
the Peace in Berlin Election District are hereby
empowered to act as Judges of the first election
for said Commissioners, who shall keep the polls
open from two o'clock P. M. until five o'clock P.
M., and shall conduct the said election in the same
manner as an election for Delegates to the General
Assembly, (except that registration shall not be
deemed a necessary qualification for voters,) and as
far as may be consistent with the provisions of
this Act, and the said Judges shall make return
under their hands and seals of the persons elected
to the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Worcester
County.

Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That all future elec-
tions shall be held and conducted as shall be from
time to time directed by the laws of the corpora-
tion, the same not being inconsistent with the
provisions of this Act.

ducted.

Sec. 6. And be it enacted, That the said Com-
missioners, elected according to the provisions of
this Act, shall, on the first meeting affer said
election, choose some of the said Commissioners
President of the Board, whose duty it shall be to
preside at the meetings of said Commissioners, to
preserve order and give such directions as may be
deemed necessary to carry in to effect the provisions
of this Act,
