election for members of the House of Delegates in
the newspapers published in the said county, and
shall also be approved by a majority of all the
members elected to each House of the General As-
sembly at its next session after said election.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the County
Commissioners of the said county are hereby au-
thorized to issue the bonds of the county to the
amount of the stock so subscribed, and to negotiate
said bonds upon the most favorable terms, and the
said County Commissioners are authorized to levy
upon the assessable property of the county an
amount sufficient to pay the annual interest upon
said bonds.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 354.
AN ACT to repeal Section twenty-eight of Article
sixteen of the Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County, entitled "Bladensburg," and
to re-enact the same with amendments, so as to
read as follows :

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section twenty-eight of Article
sixteen of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County, entitled "Bladensburg," be
and the same is hereby repealed, and re-enacted so
as to read as follows :

re-enacted.

Sec. 28. All white male citizens of said village,
above twenty-one years of age, who shall have re-
sided in said village four months, and twelve
months in this State, next preceding the election,
shall, on the first Monday in June annually, at
the Town Hall in said village, elect five persons,
