SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the said Joshua Jessop, trustee
of the Dulaney's Valley and Sweet Air Turnpike
Company, be and he is hereby authorized and em-
powered to sell and dispose of the road and fran-
chise of said company, at public or private sale,
upon such notice and terms as said trustee may
deem most expedient, and to convey to the pur-
chaser or purchasers therof, the said road and fran-
chise, by deed to be executed and acknowledged by
said trustee, and to be recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore county.
Sec, 2. And be it enacted, That the purchaser
or purchasers of said road and franchise, shall
have and exercise the same rights and privileges,
and be subject to the same conditions and restric-
tions as the said Dulaney's Valley and Sweet Air
Turnpike Company were under their said charter,
and the said charter shall in all respects apply to
and govern the said purchaser or purchasers after
the sale and conveyance of said road and franchise
to him or them.
Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
have and take effect from the date of its passage.
