Act of Assembly, 1865, chapter 187, and to enact the follow-
ing a substitutes therefor.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Mitchell, Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary,
reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 4, of chapter 162,
of the Acts of 1865, entitled an Act to add additional sections
to Article 93 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
Testamentary Law, and relating to sales of real estate by order
of the Orphans' Courts, to come in after section 328, of said
Article, and to insert in said Article in lieu of the section so
repealed, the following section relating to sales of real estate
by order of Orphans' Courts.

Which was read a first time.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to enable the vestry of St. Thomas's
Parish in Baltimore county, to hold money in trust for cer-
tain religious and charitable purposes connected with the
Protestant Episcopal Church in America, or with said Parish.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Iglehart, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act authorizing the Howard Bank of the
city of Baltimore to cancel and extinguish capital stock owned
and held by said Bank.

Which was read a first time.

Also,

A hill entitled an Act to incorporate the President and
Directors of the Baltimore and Pikesville Rail Road Company
of Baltimore.

Which was read a first time and ordered to be printed.
Also,

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Ellicott city and
Clarksville Turnpike Company.

Which was read a first time.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Manchester Rail
Road Company.

Which was read a first time.
