or corporation any banking power or privileges
whatever.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted. That the par value
of the stock of this corporation be ten dollars per
share, and that the capital stock is one hundred
thousand dollars, with power to increase the same
to two hundred and fifty thousand dollars, and
that when five thousand shares have been sub-
scribed and one dollar per share has been paid in
in cash, the Company may organize and proceed
to do business under the regulations of their by-
laws.

Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That the said corpora-
tion be allowed to borrow money on bonds and
mortgages on their real estate to any amount not
exceeding one hundred thousand dollars.

reserves the right to alter, amend or repeal this
Act at pleasure.

AN ACT to regulate fences in Frederick County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the following additional Sections
be added to Article eleven, Maryland Code of
Public Local Laws entitled "Frederick County."

Sec. 347. And be it enacted, That whenever joint
fences have or may be established in said county
for the mutual advantage of owners of adjoining
arable lands, each shall keep in good repair his
respective proportion thereof in the manner fol-
lowing, that is to say: all post and rail or plank
