Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 253.
AN ACT to provide for the removal of cases of
guardianship and wardship from the Orphans'
Courts of the counties of Somerset and Wor-
cester to the Orphans' Court of Wicomico
County, and to provide for the sale of real estate
by executors and administrators resident in
Wicomico County where such administration
was commenced in either of the counties of Som-
erset or Worcester.

SECTION 1, Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That in all cases of guardianship
and wardship now pending in either of the Or-
phans' Courts for Somerset and Worcester Coun-
ties, which may have two or more years to run
before the expiration of said guardianship or
wardship on application to the said Orphans'
Court for the county where such guardianship was
entered, and on payment of all fees due in said
Orphans' Court and to the Register of Wills of
said county, said guardian may take a certificate
of all his proceedings had in said Court, including
all accounts which he may have passed against his
ward or wards, together with a full account of all
his proceedings had in said Court, the same to be
filed in the office of Register of Wills for Wicomico
County where the said guardian and ward or wards
respectively reside.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That where any lands
belonging to the estate of a deceased person lying
within the limits of Wicomico County and where
the administrator resides, and when all the person-
