CHAPTER 250.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Dorchester County to levy a sum of money on the taxable property of said county to refund to the executors of Thomas Woolford, deceased, taxes paid in error.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Dorchester County are hereby authorized to levy such a sum of money upon the taxable property of Dorchester County as in their judgment and dis- cretion may be required to re-pay to Thomas J. Woolford and Richard D. Woolford, executors of Thomas Woolford, deceased, for moneys errone- ously paid for taxes.	• Levy.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 30, 1868.	In force.

CHAPTER 251. AN ACT to refund to Francis J. Henry, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Dorchester County, a cer- tain sum of money erroneously paid into the State Treasury.

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That upon the recommendation of officers of the Treasury Department, that the Treasurer be authorized and directed upon the warrant of the Comptroller to pay to the order of Francis J. Henry, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Dorchester County, the sum of one hundred and forty-two dollars, erroneously paid into the State Treasury for licenses for catching oysters, said sum to be paid out of the oyster fund and that the said

Treasurer to pay.
