NEGATIVE — None.

 

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Continental
Fire and Marine Insurance Company of Baltimore.

Amendments proposed :

Amend 7th section by striking out all after the word

company," in the 9th line, to the end of the section.

Amend 16th section, 6th line, by inserting before the word

''company," the words, capital stock of said.

Amend section 16, line 13, by inserting before the word

"city," the word the.

Amend 18th section, line 1, by inserting before the word

"whole," the word the.

The amendments were rejected.
Also delivered a

Joint Resolution authorizing the State Librarian to fur-
nish Judges Martin, Tuck, Mason, Bowie, Weisel and Crane,
with copies of the decisions of the Court of Appeals.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Library.

Also returned the following House bills, severally endorsed
"Passed by yeas and nays."

The bill entitled a supplement to the Act passed by the
General Assembly of Maryland at January session, 1860,
entitled an Act to incorporate a company to build a turnpike
road from Libertytown in Frederick county, to intersect the
Woodborongh and Frederick turnpike road, at or near the
Monocacy bridge, and its supplement passed at January ses-
sion, 1867, of the General Assembly of Maryland.

The bill entitled an Act to define the limits of the several

e'lection districts in Wicomico county.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Luther-
ville, in Baltimore county.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act for the protection of wild game
