	CHAPTER 212. AN ACT to add to Article nineteen of the Code of Public Local Laws of Somerset County, en- tiled "Jurors," an additional Section.
Additional.	SECTION. 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the following additional Section be added to the Code of Public Local Laws of Somerset County, entitled " Jurors :"
Pay jurymen.	65. The Collector of Taxes for said county shall pay each juryman immediately after the termina- tion of each term such sum of money as he may be entitled to receive for his attendance, and a certificate, signed by the Clerk of the Circuit Court, stating the number of days he may have attended, and the sum and mileage due him, shall be sufficient authority to the Collector to pay the amount specified in said certificate.
In force.	Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 28, 1868.

	CHAPTER 213.
	AN ACT to revive an Act incorporating a Com- pany to open in part and to improve the road from Frederick city, in Frederick County, to the Spout Spring, on the Hamburg road, pass- ing Bradrup's Saw Mills, passed at the January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty, of the General Assembly of Maryland, Chapter two hundred and sixty-seven.
Charter re- vived.	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Charter of said Company be revived, and that subscription books shall be
