Said resolution was then returned to the Senate.
Mr. Mitchell, Chairman of the Committee on the Judi-
ciary, reported favorably the Senate bill entitled an Act to
repeal the 45th section of Article 29 of the Code of Public
General Laws, entitled Circuit Courts for the counties, and
substitute the following section in lieu thereof.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
Also,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the 89th section of
Article 16 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled Chan-
cery, and relating to process against non-resident infant de-
fendants, as amended by the Act of 1864, chapter 89, and to
insert in said Article, in lieu of the section so repealed, the
following section, relating to process against non-resident
infant defendants.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Also,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to organize the Circuit Court
tor Wicomico county, and to regulate the terms thereof.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct the
Judges of the Court of Appeals of Maryland, to hear imme-
diately the appeal now pending in the said court, wherein
the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, is the appellant,
and the Union Rail Road Company of Baltimore, the appel-
lee.
