the enjoyment of the privileges of education thus
secured to the several counties of the State and
the city of Baltimore,

Report.

Sec. 6. And be it enacted, That the Trustees of
the St. Mary's Seminary shall send a report of the
condition of said Institution 'to the General As-
sembly of Maryland at each Session of the Legis-
lature, and a report to the Governor of the State
each year in which the Legislature is not in ses-
sion.

Keep in repair

Sec. 7. And be it enacted, That one hundred
and fifty dollars of said twenty-five hundred shall
be reserved by the Trustees of the St. Mary's
Seminary, for the purpose of keeping the build-
ings and grounds in perfect repair, and the Trus-
tees shall state in their annual report what repairs
they shall have made.

In force.

Sec 8. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from its passage.

CHAPTER 194.

A SUPPLEMENT to an Act entitled "An Act
to incorporate the Baltimore and Havana Steam-
ship Company," passed at January Session, in
the year eighteen hundred and sixty-six, Chapter
fifty-four.

Par value re-
duced.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted ly the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the par value of the shares of
the stock of the Baltimore and Havana Steamship
Company be, and the samo, is hereby reduced from
one hundred dollars each, the value fixed by the
Act of incorporation of said Company, to twenty
dollars eacli.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted. That said Company
