sixty-four, Chapter three hundred and sixteen, en- titled "An Act to add a new Section to Article twelve," of the Code of Local Lawa for Harford
County entitled "Schools," relating to the Har- ford County Academy and to the Cokesburg or Abingdon Academy, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as relates to the Harford County Academy, and the following Sections be enacted in lieu thereof, the annual donation of five hundred dollars heretofore granted by law or resolution prior to the year eighteen hundred and sixty-four, to the Harford County Academy, in Bel-Air, be and the same is hereby restored to said Academy.	Donation re- stored.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars be and the same is here- by appropriated to be paid annually out of the academic fund for Harford County to the Darling- ton Academy in said county, in addition to the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars now paid annually to said Academy by the State.	Appropria- tion.
Sec. 3. And be it enacted. That the Treasurer, upon the warrant of the Comptroller, is hereby authorized to pay annually the said sum of five hundred dollars to said Harford County Academy, and the said sum of two hundred and fifty dollars to the said Darlington Academy out of the aca- demic fund of said county.	Pay annually.
Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 28, 1868.	In force
