Sec. 13. And be it enacted, That nothing herein
contained shall authorize the said Company to
issue note, token or device to be used as currency.

Limit and
reservation.

Sec. 14. And le it enacted, That the said turn-
pike road shall be completed within three years
from the passage of this Act, and that this Act
shall go into effect from the date of its passage,
and that the General Assembly reserves the right
to change, amend or repeal this Act at pleasure.

CHAPTER 155.

AN ACT to repeal a part of the first Section of
an Act entitled "An Act to carry into effect the
eighth Section of the Act, entitled 'An Act for
the promotion of internal improvements, passed
at December Session, eighteen hundred and
thirty -five, Chapter three hundred and ninety-
five, " passed at January Session, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty, Chapter three hundred and three.

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That so much of the first Section
of Chapter three hundred and three of the Laws
passed at January Session, eighteen hundred and
sixty, as provides that the Treasurer shall not pay
more than one-fourth of the whole amount of
money applied under that Act, in any one year,
be and the same is hereby repealed.

In force.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the day of its passage.
