Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 17, 1868... CHAPTER 142. A SUPPLEMENT to the Act passed at January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, Chapter fifty-two, entitled "An Act to incorporate the Dorchester and Delaware Railroad Company, and to direct the payment to the said Company of the sum of money pledged by the Act passed at January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty, Chapter three hundred and three, to works of internal improvement in Dorchester County.	In force.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the President and Directors of the Dorchester and Delaware Railroad Company be, and they are hereby authorized and empow- ered, in behalf of the said Company, to subscribe for so many shares of the capital stock of the Cam- bridge Harbor, Internal Navigation and Wharf Company as they may deem expedient and proper, and their subscription to the said stock shall con- stitute the said Dorchester and Delaware Railroad Company a stockholder in the said Cambridge Harbor, Internal Navigation and Wharf Company, upon an equal footing with other stockholders.	Subscribe for stock.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 20, 1868.	In force.
