CHAPTER 136. AN ACT granting the assent of the General As- sembly of Maryland to a legacy bequeathed by the last Will and Testament of Lydia Steyer, late of Allegany County, deceased, to the Eng- lish Lutheran Church of Frostburg.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the assent of the General As- sembly of Maryland be and is hereby given to the bequest in the last Will and Testament of Lydia Styer, late of Allegany County, deceased, to the English Lutheran Church of Frostburg in Alle- gany County, Maryland.	Assent given,
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 17, 1868. CHAPTER 137. An ACT to repeal Section fourteen of the Act passed March thirteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, entitled "An Act to Incorporate the Baltimore and Hall's Springs Railway Com- pany."	In force.
SECTION 1 , Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That Section fourteenth of the Act passed March thirteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, Chapter one hundred and ninety-six, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted to read as follows :	Repealed and re-enacted.
Sec. 14. And be it enacted. That unless the said Road shall be commenced by the thirteenth day of March, eighteen hundred and sixty-nine, and ,be completed within three years thereafter to Hall's Springs on the Harford Road, then this Act shall be null and void.	Limit.
