lars ; to E. F. Perkins, for advertising, one hun-
dred and forty-six dollars ; Dr. Montgomery
Johns, for collateral inheritance tax paid on real
estate, which did not vest, six hundred and eighty-
two dollars and sixty-two cents ; to Samuel L.
Geisinger, Collector of State taxes for Frederick
County, for State taxes paid in error, eighty-three
dollars and fourteen cents ; to John T. Watkins,
for two. tables furnished the Court of Appeals, two
hundred and twenty dollars ; to Edwin M. Ship-
ley, Superintendent of Public Buildings, for arrears
of salary, three hundred dollars ; to Samuel Smith,
Collector of State taxes in Anne Arundel County,
for State taxes paid in error, fifty-eight dollars
and sixty-nine cents, and to George W. Murdoch,
for renovating the Hall of the House of Delegates
and Committee Rooms, preparatory to the meeting
of the General Assembly, two hundred dollars.

CHAPTER 115.
AN ACT to repeal section twenty-one and section
twenty -five of Article seventy-four, of the Code
of Public General Laws, entitled 'Pilots,' and
to re-enact the same with amendments, so as to
read as follows :

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section twenty-one and section
twenty-five of Article seventy-four, of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled Pilots, be and the
same are hereby repealed.
