CHAPTER 71.

AN ACT for the relief of William H. Peake and
David White, of Anne Arundel County.
|
|
Adjust errors.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
Anne Arundel County be and they are hereby au-
thorized to correct the errors in assessment and
valuation of the land and premises of William H.
Peake and David White, erroneously assessed
under the Act of Assembly of eighteen hundred
and .sixty-six, Chapter one hundred and fifty-seven,
and the said Commissioners are hereby empowered
to adjust the errors in the aforesaid assessment.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to authorize the Comptroller and Trea-
surer, when ascertaining the amount of paid up
