twenty-two, of the Public Local Laws, title Wor-
cester County, be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted to read as follows :

32. There shall be four terras of the Circuit
Court for Worcester County, to be held at Snow
Hill, commencing on the third Monday of the
months of January, May and July, and the fourth
Monday of October.

Terms.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
hike effect from the dav of its passage.

CHAPTER 58.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter one hundred and
twenty-nine of the Acts of eighteen hundred
and sixty-four, entitled "An Act to add addi-
tional sections to the forty-fourth Article of the
Code of Public General Laws, title ' Maryland
Hospital,' prescribing an additional oath to be
taken by the President, Vice President and Vis-
itors of the said Hospital, and to reinstate the
former President, Vice President and Visitors of
the said Hospital in office."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Chapter one hundred and
twenty-nine of the Acts of eighteen hundred and
sixty-four, entitled an Act to add additional sec-
tions to the forty-fourth Article of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, title " Maryland Hospital," and
prescribing an additional oath to he taken by the
President, Vice President and Visitors of the said
Hospital, be and the same is hereby repealed.
