Full fifty feet.

Sec. 2. And le it enacted, That the Directors of
said Company shall have the authority to open
and construct said turnpike road to the full width
of fifty feet, if they deem it necessary.

Capital stock

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That so soon as two-
fifths of the capital stock of said Company shall
be subscribed for, in bona fide subscriptions, and
the first payments are made according to the terms
of the Charter of said Company, the Board of Com-
missioners for Baltimore County, in behalf of said
county, subject to the provisions of Article three
Section fiity-four of the Constitution of Maryland,
may subscribe to the stock of said Company an
amount equivalent per mile from the York Road
to Black Rock Church, to the sum subscribed by
the Commissioners of said county to the stock of
the Baltimore and Libertytown Turnpike Com-
pany.

Sec. 5. And be it, enacted, That the Directors
of the Western Run Turnpike Company are hereby
authorized, under their charter, to extend their
turnpike hereafter to the White House Tavern, in
Fifth Election District, following the course of the
Falls Road, in their discretion.

Sec. 6. And be it enaded, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage ; and the
Legislature reserves the right to change, alter or
amend this Act at pleasure.
