Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That part of Section
eighteen of the Act passed at January Session,
eighteen hundred and sixty, in these words :
" That it shall not be lawful for said Company to
ask, demand or receive toll from any person or
persons going to or returning from church," be.
and the same is hereby repealed.

Road to be
surveyed
|
Sec. 6. And be it enacted, That when the said
road shall have been fully completed from the
Woodshorough and Frederick Turnpike Road to
cast end of the town of Liberty, or east of Liberty,
to the western terminus of the Liberty and New
Windsor Turnpike Road, and shall have been
examined, and licensed by the Governor, in accord-
ance with the provisions of the fourth Section of
this Act, the Board of Managers of said Company
shall have the said road surveyed by the County
Surveyor for Frederick County, and if the said
road shall be found to be less than eight and one-
third miles long, and not less than seven and
three-quarters miles long, it shall be lawful for
the said Company to charge and collect the same
tolls and duties thereon as though the said road
were eight and one-third miles long,

Sec. 7. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the day of its passage ; the Gen-

amend this Act.
