SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Act of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, passed on the tenth day of
March in the year eighteen hundred and sixty-
four, Chapter three hundred and forty-seven, enti-
tled "An Act to repeal section thirty of Article fif-
teen of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
'Montgomery County,' relating to the Courts of
said county," be and the same is hereby so amended
as to read as follows :

Sec. 30, There shall be in each and every year
four terms of the Circuit Court for Montgomery
county for the transaction of law and equity busi-
ness, and they shall commence and be held at
Rockville, in said county, on the third Monday in
January, the third Monday in March, the first
Monday in. June, and the second Monday in No-
vember ; and Jurors shall be summoned to said
March and November terms, but shall not be
summoned to said January and June terms of said
Court.

Take effect.
|
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from and after the first day of April
next, and all process of said Court then outstand-
ing and not returned to said Court shall he re-
turnable to the June term of said Court next
thereafter, and the Sheriff may "be compelled to
make due return of all such process to said June
term, as if the said process had when issued been
made returnable to said June term of said Court.
