On motion of Mr. Bond, of Baltimore city.
The vote by which the bill was rejected was reconsidered,
and the bill re-committed to the Committee on Colored Pop-
ulation.
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Comptroller and
Treasurer when ascertaining the amount of paid up subscrip-
tions to the capital stock of the Queen Anne's and Kent Rail
Road Company, to estimate the bonds of Queen Anne's county
as cash, at a specified rate per cent.
