A bill entitled an Act to Add a new Article to the Code of
Public General Laws, to be entitled Domestic Insurance
Companies, providing for annual reports of the condition of
the said several insurance companies incorporated under the
laws of this State and doing business within the limits
thereof.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court for Caroline county to purchase a book and to
index the land records of said county.

A bill entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of the Code of'
Public Local Laws, title Guano, by adding thereto the fol-
lowing section, relating to the Inspection of all Fertilizers
other than Guano.

A bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act entitled
an Act to incorporate the Maryland and Delaware Rail Road
Company, passed at January session, 1854, chapter 274.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 69 of Article 1 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany county, sub-title
Fences, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

A bill entitled an Act to compensate Joseph M. Palmer
for services rendered the State in the cases of State vs. George
Otto and George Hape.

A bill entitled an Act to refund to James Ensor, of Balti-

Anne Arundel county to contribute one thousand dollars
toward the purchase of the bridge at Elk Ridge Landing.
